I about fell over when I heard that question. It was so sexual I was shocked the girl didn't blush to her toes. That guy was like some old man learing at the young girls. I had to turn it off after that.
I think he had no intentions of being rude and was actually just being flirtatious.
I believe Ms. Mexico handled it very well and should have gotten a better result! But maybe the judges were looking for a flirtatious answer to match the question ... maybe something like ...
It's simple really, give a woman a man who can love her and only her and she will be satisfied. question is "can a man only love one?" ^^
